We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. The PCA will provide quality in-home care and support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to helping others maintain independence and dignity.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. The PCA will provide quality in-home care and support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to helping others maintain independence and dignity.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility support and safe transfer assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)
- Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and document services provided
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor
